Congratulations to Professor James Berger, who is one of six Johns Hopkins professors recently elected to the National Academy of Medicine.  This year, 85 new members were chosen by current members for their contributions to the advancement of the medical sciences, health care, and public health.  Membership in the academy is considered one of the highest honors in health and medicine.
